Good that you brought this up AGAIN.

And I will ask the same question, which I asked last time and you ran away.

Maharaja signed an Instrument of Accession, handing over control of defense, external affairs and communications to the Government of India. He never dish out Kashmir to India, which is IoK.

The accession was conditional, according to which, future of the state shall be decided by people of Kashmir.

So now questions backfires are you, why Indian has more than 900K troops in IoK to this date?

Niazi-Nazi says he didn't get a good team.

    Two obvious meaning of this.

    1) He lied when he said he had a team.
    2) He admits he "got" a team and someone made him a "Captain" instead of him getting into power using the awami mandate.

If the team doesn't perform, either the selectors have to go or the captain.

There's only one way out here. Someone goes and obviously, the selectors can't go because they aren't supposed to be the selectors.

all that woukd make sense but the guy you're pushing forward is a complete idiot, his daughter didnt earn the right to be where she is and is also an idiot.... so although you have every right to criticise khan wrongly or rightly, the people your pushing forward have had several attempts to do something. so if you're going go use a cricketing analogy.... sharif is a failed captain and maryam shouldnt even be up for selection..both should be banned for corruption.

The Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) government on Thursday denotified the prosecution team in the high treason case against former military ruler Gen (r) Pervez Musharraf.

According to The Express Tribune, the prosecution team was hired in November 2013, during the tenure of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) leader Nawaz Sharif.

The special court — hearing the treason case against Musharraf for violating Article 6 of the constitution — adjourned the hearing without any proceedings on Thursday and was informed that the government had dismissed the prosecution team, reports said.

The court was told that Reza Bashir — the government lawyer provided to the former dictator — was ill and was unable to attend the previous hearing.

The three-judge special tribunal also summoned secretary interior on November 19.

Justice Waqar Ahmed Seth asked the prosecutor if any notification was received, to which prosecutor Tariq Hassan said that he had not been notified.

“Can the prosecution team be dismissed in this manner?” asked Justice Waqar Ahmed. “I sat all night preparing for this case,” responded the prosecutor.

The court also asked to be informed under which law the prosecution team was denotified by the government.

Approving the lawyers’ request, the court gave Reza Bashir one more chance to attend the next hearing on November 19.

The former army chief, who took power in 1999, is facing a treason trial under Article 6 of the constitution as well as Section 2 of the High Treason Act on a complaint moved by the federal government.

Article 6 of the constitution deals with matters of “high treason” and states that “any person who abrogates or subverts or suspends or holds in abeyance, or attempts or conspires to abrogate or subvert or suspend or hold in abeyance the constitution by use of force or show of force or by any other unconstitutional means shall be guilty of high treason.”

He isnt out yet. He only got bail in the case where he is under investigation. He hasnt got bail yet in case where he is convicted. Besides, it will be for a short period like 4 weeks or somethinv and then put back in jail unless there is some deal.

Lets see how things shape up. Anyways its pretty much useless to keep him in jail and not take the money back.. he is costing us more when in Jail.

So sean gets served a contempt notice, sharif gets medical bail and a couple more judgments too.

Suddenly all quiet on how the courts are not independent now that there is judgement after judgement in favour of the sharifs? I thought the establishment was controlling everything? I thought IK was clearly manipulating results and the courts were politicised. I thought all the judges were compromised from sting operations and edited spy videos. Now all of a sudden they’re not?

absolute, shameless hypocrisy from our resident PMLN media cell.
