    Salam guys, whilst i was deeply impressed by the lay out of this website,it is also v sad that its so quite here
    Not many posters and the ones we have got here are so inactive!

    Come on guys participate nd also suggest to make this forum more active.

    Didn't mean that in jest, just an observation...you're right though, however everyone who visits this site at the moment would have to join in and be active as opposed to just one or two people. I guess it's probably due to no Pakistan cricket at the moment, but then again..none of the sections seem alive. Even the mods seem to have stopped posting.

    Temptation I agree with what your saying. It needs to be a joint effort from all members to try and get things rolling on here. Cricket or no cricket, this site should be buzzing. Let's all try and make a little more effort to make it a little more active.

    Last year, at this time, the site was doing very good, but as there are not that many users on here, people don't come, because there are no discussions or anything. Cricistan needs to get exclusive interviews from players and staff, that way more people will come here and discuss about it.

    BTW chandtara you have been doing some good work on this site keep it up.

    Thanks for your kind words shahrukh, But honestly i dont think its all about interviewes. Us as members really need to start creating more discussion on all the latest news and air our on views as much as possible. The intrerviews will come inshallah but when they are not here we should be trying our best to discuss other things too!

    Thing is from interviews, cricstan will interect more users, more users will start coming, and when cricistan has plenty of of users,then you could say that members will stay longer.

    It attracts viewers! Those interviews are posted on cricinfo and other different sites, with cricistan's name and then people follow that link.

    You can't just make a site and expect people to come on it.

    Remember when Mohd Irfan made his debut, cricinfo mention its viewers to visit cricistan to watch his bowling video, and that day alot of people came on.

    Once you have a large number of people coming to a site, then the site is not so quite, and will have plety of people posting on the site.

    Inshallah will start doing that as of now. Most my time is taken up searching for the latest news as no one else seems to post it and i hardly get a chance to post anything else (do most of this while i am at my real place of work!) I am as guilty as everyone else on that issue, i just dont understand why others are not as active?

    A site is only as active as it's members. Cricistan is still relatively new and it will take time to establish a dedicated userbase.

    What doesn't help is that those of us who founded the site have been busy with other stuff. Hopefully as Pakistan starts to play cricket more regularly we will ALL be able to dedicate some more time to help lift the site.
