England are notoriously poor travellers, especially when it comes to playing in the subcontinent. Add to that the fact that they've got several players in poor form and with injuries.
With the infusion of younger players, Bangladesh have started to look more positive and put up a bit more of a fight than they have in the past too. Does this mean we could be looking at an upset. Will the Bengalis steal a Test match? |

Day 1 finishes with England on 374/3. 158 for Captain Cook and Pietersen is out for a measured 99.
Bangladesh will have their work cut out to salvage something from this match. |

Bangladesh need 322 runs with 5 wickets remaining at stumps on day 4.
Mushfiqur Rahim on 47 and Junaid Siddique on 68 are the pair that England will need to seperate in the morning. Currently their partnership is worth 81 runs in 37 overs but if they can stay their till lunch tomorrow then perhaps a draw is on the cards. Although Bangladesh are probably better off banking on the storm clouds headed their way, if it rains for long enough tomorrow then Bangladesh could be looking at morale boosting draw. |
