I saw that live (on TV) and recorded it. I had that on the tape for the longest time. I may still have that if I have not recorded over it but I have to dig from 100s of tapes. I'll let you know.

Evolution of highest individual score in ODIs

Here is the evolution of the highest individual score in Limited-overs Internationals. The first column gives the number of matches (ODIs) between successive achievements.

Code:
ODIs
 - 82 JH Edrich Eng v Aus Melbourne Jan 5, 1971
   1 103 DL Amiss Eng v Aus Manchester Aug 24, 1972
   7 105 RC Fredericks WI v Eng The Oval Sep 7, 1973
   5 116* D Lloyd Eng v Pak Nottingham Aug 31, 1974
   7 137 DL Amiss Eng v Ind Lord’s Jun 7, 1975
   x 171 GM Turner NZ v EAf Birmingham Jun 7, 1975
 193 175* Kapil Dev Ind v Zim Tunbridge Wells Jun 18, 1983
  49 189* IVA Richards WI v Eng Manchester Oct 13, 1987
 945 194 Saeed Anwar Pak v Ind Madras May 21, 1997
1664 194* CK Coventry Zim v BD Bulawayo Aug 16, 2009
  89 200* SR Tendulkar Ind v SAf Gwalior Feb 24, 2010
Amiss and Turner scored their runs on the same day. Both their sides batted first and both opened the innings. Amiss faced 147 balls and Turner 201. It seems likely that Amiss held the record for a couple of hours.
