Well, there is a slight chance that volcanic ash may cause Asif to miss T20 WC or at least part of it. The latest plan is that all 8 eight teams are going to get together in Dubai and then they'll fly to West Indies in a charter flight.
Since Asif can not enter into Dubai therefore he may have to wait to get the airports in England open to fly to West Indies otherwise Irfan may get to play after all.

Yes, and ICC has already announced that teams will be flying on their original flights ... not via Dubai on a charter flight.
