First ever Fantasy competition on CS via Cricketweb!

Steps to take part:
1. Read the rules.
2. Create an account, if you don't already have one. You'll need to do this only once.
3. Create your team for T20 World Cup 2010.
4. Join the Cricistan Fantasy Competition League by clicking at "User Comp. - Join" on the left panel.
5. Select "Join Private User Competition".
6. Add the key # (pin#) 1271377716 in the box titled: "User Competition Key:"

If you mean the standings of the teams, then I'll try to update as soon as the CricketWeb updates the points at the end of the day (end of 2nd match). Judging by CricketWeb's history, they normally update the points once a day - I think.

Normally it is not slow at all but I just checked and it is very slow. May be they Modi got hold of the Mods there and they are trying put in programming for "fixing" the matches!

just to confirm as i have put afridi in as a bowler, does that mean i only get points for the wickets he takes and not his batting?

might seem a stupid question but its my first fantasy league so cut me some slack

First of all you can NOT add Afridi as bowler. Afridi is listed as an AR (All-Rounder) and you can only add Afridi as an AR.

But is you added a player bowler (lets say Asif ... and Asif is listed as a bowler), he will get batting points according to the rules, if he scores runs with as a batsman.

Thanks for the info mate, i just thought afridi was a classed as a bowler as he is listed as bowler 1 when you click to view my team but when i modify my team he is listed as AR2.

The two AR (All Rounders) have disappeared ... to be replaced by "Batsman 6" and "Batsman 7"!

Looks like a bug to me.
